Effect of running classes on the stress level of combatants

The full-scale war in Ukraine is having a significant psychological and physical impact on combatants. One of the negative consequences combat stress, accompanied by action stress factors that negatively affect health, reducing process socialization to peaceful life. At same time, there are not enough studies covering solution these issues with help adaptive culture (APC), which confirms relevance chosen topic. Purpose: determine running classes combatants who have stress. Material & Methods: research was carried out basis National Council for Sports Rehabilitation Defenders Kyiv. It attended 40 following methods were used course study: theoretical analysis generalization scientific methodological literature, pedagogical testing, experiment, mathematical statistics. Results: at end participants hostilities determined level according "Modified method determining L. Ryder", before after classes. Based data study, it found initial stage, 77% had high 13% an average stage 2, use APC (within 1 year), among reduced 50% – medium, low, shows effectiveness (running classes).
